North Las Vegas Casino for Sale

Real estate investor, Jeffrey Fine, is the potential buyer of North Las Vegas casino.

Mahoney's Silver Nugget casino and the adjacent RV Park along with the Opera House Saloon and Casino are the properties that cover the twenty acres in the front lines at the North Las Vegas Boulevard.

Jeffrey Fine, son of chairman and CEO Mark Fine of Mark L. Fine and Associates, a local developer, has entered in the contract buy the three properties.

Mayor Michael Montandon recognized the agreements being made but has not heard any plans for the property involved.

In addition to the anticipated game sale, the investment group led by Fine's uncle, Las Vegas Sun Publisher Brian Greenspun, recently purchased seven acres behind the Silver Nugget.

Last May 16, G.C investments paid over four million dollars for the undeveloped land that is currently office space which leads to the speculative reports that renovation of the out of style gaming venue is on the way.

According to Mike Majewski, economic director for development of the North Las Vegas, both parties involved in the sale have not yet approached them.

Mr. Fine, president of Fine properties, begs off to comment on the details of the sale.
